The Southsea Church is a new project for Cloud Living, commencing in 2014. Originally constructed in 1911 to the design of C.W. Bevis, the property is located at the junction of Victoria Road South and Stafford Road.

The building will be converted into eight properties consisting of seven x 2 bed maisonettes and one x 1 bed apartments. All properties will be completed to exacting standards, with high quality fixtures and fittings complementing the original features of the building.
