This project involved the extension and complete refurbishment of a detached property in Drayton, Portsmouth. The original property, dating from the 1970’s, was set over 2 floors with modest front and rear gardens. Our clients brief was to extend and refurbish the property in order to add a bedroom and create a larger living / kitchen area. The final scheme was for a 4 bedroom property with master and guest suites flanking a new open plan living / dining / kitchen area. While 3 extensions were added in total, it is the all glass rear addition that now forms the heart of this home, offering panoramic views from inside to out.
